Refunds and Cancellation Policy
If the Client cancels a reservation or a booking with us, either because of any unforeseen circumstances or because of any change in Client’s plan, the client shall be liable to pay cancellation charges. In case of fully or partially refundable bookings, such cancellation charges shall be shared with the Client at the time of making a reservation or booking. Note that if no cancellation charges were mentioned at the time of reservation or booking, then the booking will be considered non-cancellable and no refund would be given in the event of cancellation for such bookings or reservations.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to Client within 7 days of cancellation event, after deducting such cancellation penalty charges
